Highlands Real Estate For Sale Sales Report: Northeast Denver and South Aurora lead in home sales

Northeast Denver and Southern Aurora had the most single-family home re-sales in the Denver metropolitan area at more than Order Generic Cialis Online without Prescription 1,000 in each area through May, according to Metrolist Inc. Other solid producing sales areas with less than 1,000 home sales included southwest Denver (809), southeast Denver (759) and the central part of the northern metro-area suburbs including Thornton, Northglenn and Westminster (754), the Metrolist data showed.

The highest average selling prices for re-sale homes through May were in the Boulder area — at $527,216 for the Boulder plains area and $663,311 for Boulder metro areas.
The foothills and mountain areas of southern Jefferson County reported some of the lowest single-family home sales year-to-date, at an astonishingly low number of two. Other low-selling regions included the foothills and mountains areas around Boulder (six) and northern Jefferson county (15), as well as the town of Louisville (22).

Lowest average single-family home sales prices were in areas such as southern Aurora ($92,230), southern Jefferson county’s mountain area ($147,125) as well as the eastern part of the northern suburbs near Denver International Airport including Green Valley Ranch and Montbello ($152,204).

Taking a look at the condominium market through May, southeastern Denver and southern Aurora had the highest number of sales at 619 for southeast Denver and 453 for southern Aurora, respectively. Those sales were down from 786 for southeast Denver and 659 for southern Aurora in the same period a year ago.

Downtown Denver had the highest average selling price for condos for this year’s initial five months, at $431,249.

Some of the lowest condo prices were in the northern Aurora at $74,642, southern Aurora at $89,638 and central Jefferson county at $99,483.

The zip codes 80211 and 80212 have been listed as two of the ‘hottest’ zip codes in Denver during that same time period.
